There is a website called PureNudism that I previously did an article about. I did a light investigation, but didn’t have enough information to talk about the owner of the site for sure. Now I feel that I do. Meet: Pavel Ushakov.
Please note that sometimes my investigations can be all over the place. It’s just how my brain work, for better or worse.

Definition & Legalities:
While I’m not an attorney, the site doesn’t seem to be illegal. Just like if you look at an old art book or a national geographic, you can see children nude. That in itself does not make it illegal.
The Department of Justice has this to say about Child Pornography, herein defined as “CP.” Link.
Notably, the legal definition of sexually explicit conduct does not require that an image depict a child engaging in sexual activity. A picture of a naked child may constitute illegal child pornography if it is sufficiently sexually suggestive. Additionally, the age of consent for sexual activity in a given state is irrelevant; any depiction of a minor under 18 years of age engaging in sexually explicit conduct is illegal.
That said, it is my belief that the majority of people visiting the website are probably there for the kids. Because of that, I’ve decided to do a public records investigation on the owner: Pavel Ushakov.
PureNudism Trademark
Let’s first look at the purenudism trademark.
We can clearly see the person behind the trademark is Pavel Ushakov. Pavel is listed in Beachwood, OH. Beachwood is in Cuyahoga County which luckily has a decent case search online.
Cuyahoga County
I found a 2014 marriage dissolution with no children and wasn’t able to verify if it’s the right person or not.
I didn’t locate any other case within the county having to do with him.
TruePeopleSearch
Now that I have the address, I can do a free search on TruePeopleSearch. Fortunately this revealed the person behind the trademark.
There are a number of emails and associates. One associate is “Pasha Knight.” This will come up later.
Pasha Knight
I’ll veer off track for a moment on this name. I found nothing at on on the case search, however I did find a business Pasha owns. There’s one interesting review. Who knows what truth there is to that review.
Interestingly, this small company got a PPP loan for over 100k and claimed it was for 11 jobs. That doesn’t seem to jive.
I located an article actually showing that Pasha is the founder of Nudism TV.
The article says that due to the video, there were death threats made and the nudism festival had to be cancelled.
Breached Data
Let’s move on to a breached data search. We have several emails to work with from the TruePeopleSearch website, as well as 2 names. I’ll make some privacy redactions, but not addresses that are listed to the business.
Please keep in mind that not everything is guaranteed to be for the subject in question and also, he could be giving fake information to various website.

I tested out the IP Address – 166.137.81.143, but it appears that’s a public IP, not residential.

I did a name search on Pavel and it came back with a lot of results, including results to Pasha. One of the results matches the previously located information.
I did some username searches for Pasha and found this channel. In the video, there’s a vehicle with Ohio plates.
Also, there’s recent shipments to Pasha in Sept 2024. https://www.importyeti.com/company/pasha-knight
PACER
I found a case with PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) from 2007 that might lead to more information.
So not only is there PureNudism, but also Bebaretoo. From doing a Google search, it appears it’s like the same type of website.
The case ended with an undisclosed settlement and there were no other helpful details.
I found another case – Miller v Ushakov from 2007.
This is a copyright case and from what I found on Google, enature also puts out pictures and videos of children in the nude.
I guess they’re fighting over the rights of copyright of the picture and videos and nude adults and kids on their website. It is interesting the word ‘exploitation’ is mentioned. Although I think it means something else to me.
I do plan on submitting record requests on Pavel. I will update this article when I get a response.
