Unmasking Richard Heinz: A Trail of Hate & Harassment

Richard Heinz isn’t just another voice in the fringe corners of online hate groups—he’s a man openly calling for the extermination of Black children, the forced removal of entire communities, and the promotion of white supremacist ideals under the guise of “truth.”

A Pattern of Obsession and Hate

Though Heinz presents himself as a “truth-teller,” his actions reveal a deeply disturbed pattern of obsession and aggression. He has latched onto people—seemingly without cause—when they fail to fulfill whatever personal expectation he imagines for them.

He has been latched on to me for years now. Before me, he targeted Valerie Mcgilvrey, a Texas PI. He has since befriended her as she has started targeting me. The above pictures are a small fraction of posts by him years ago and it continues to this day.

Heinz has a long-standing feud with Texas private investigator Valerie McGilvery, stemming from a 2012 trademark dispute. That feud escalated to personal attacks on her and even her children. I believe that Heinz saw ne as a potential ally in his attacks on Valerie. When I didn’t go after her the way he expected—and instead formed a truce with her—he abruptly redirected his aggression toward me.

Harassment That Crosses Every Line

His online attacks didn’t stop at harsh tweets or offhanded remarks. Heinz took it further:

  • He called my office neighbors, spreading damaging lies about me, and then bragged about it online.
  • He posted photos of gang members , using captions like “Eric Neal won’t walk away from this one,” and “His guns won’t help him.”
  • He made passive death threats, suggesting I’d be in a hospital “eating through a tube,” yet phrased them just ambiguously enough to dance around direct threats.

I filed a police report with the Middleton Police Department. The responding officers confirmed that Heinz had gone beyond protected speech into threatening territory.

When I served him a cease-and-desist letter, he filed his own police report—attempting to play the victim. I obtained that report via FOIA, and it shows that law enforcement was largely unconvinced by his claims.

Broken Truce

Since Richard Heinz broke the truce he has returned to talking about me non-stop. He also goes after my family members and brags about it on social media (X).

Disturbing Roots: Kent State and Anti-LGBTQ+ Harassment

Heinz’s behavior isn’t new. At Kent State University, he was suspended after using university resources to harass LGBTQ+ students. His targeting was so overt it became the subject of student newspaper discussions. He never completed his degree.

In 2015, in Columbus, Ohio, Heinz inserted himself into a tense confrontation involving black men, yelling racial slurs, an apparent attempt to escalate the situation. Witnesses later confirmed to police that Heinz had deliberately provoked the individuals, though no formal charges were brought.

Racist Rhetoric at Its Worst

Heinz’s recent public posts leave no ambiguity.

Why His Name Needs to Be Known

Richard Heinz has shown a pattern of obsession, hate, and harassment that should concern everyone—especially those in marginalized communities. This is not just about my experience, though his fixation on me and my family is disturbing. This is about a man who:

  • Has promoted racist extermination fantasies
  • Has targeted LGBTQ+ individuals
  • Has used public platforms to threaten violence
  • Has weaponized police reports as retaliation
  • Has doxxed personal information of people, including my own and my mother’s address.

Normally, I would redact addresses and avoid naming names. But because Heinz has repeatedly posted my private information, including maps to my mother’s home, the standard lines of privacy no longer apply in this case.

Unlike him, I am not suggesting, condoning or wishing any harassment or violence towards him. I will also not publish any information about his family or attempt to contact them.

2022 Police Call – Cease & Desist

In 2022, William Hampton served Richard Heinz with a cease and desist (which Heinz ignored). Heinz proceeded to call his management company who advised him to call the police. Heinz, who has stalked me for years, actually called the police as soon as his actions became a little too real for him. That’s rich.

Columbus OH Police Heinz

Richard Heinz called his property management company who, probably tired of him, said to call the police. I obtained that recording.

Final Word

Richard Heinz is not just a keyboard warrior or a bitter internet troll. He is someone with a documented pattern of racial hate, targeted harassment, and obsessive behavior. And unless people are made aware of who he really is, his actions will remain unchecked.

The record is clear. The words are his. The danger is real.
