An anti-frauditor is basically the opposite of a First Amendment auditor — someone who calls out auditors, reacts to their videos, and breaks down their behavior. Some do real research and some pretend to. Andrey Sloan sits somewhere in that mix.

Across YouTube and Reddit, “Andrey” repeatedly claims:

- Moved with his wife to the mountains of Tennessee.
- Retired “three times.”
- Made $100k+ in earlier years and $150k+ near the end.
- From the Northeast.
He repeats the 37 years claim constantly — down to the same number in multiple posts months apart. People do round their experience, but repeating the same number that often suggests he’s anchored to it.
My First OSINT Steps
I started with what he publicly shows:
- YouTube handle ending in “8347.”
- A watermark logo from wcrewdesign.com that led to a designer named Cruz Mejias — a dead end.
- No useful data tied to the username on Reddit, Patreon, or other platforms.
- Google and AI didn’t pull any real “Andrey Sloan” connected to DC police.
- His Gmail had no breach history, so he probably doesn’t associate it with other accounts.
Matching His Claims to Real Records
Next, I looked for real MPD sergeants whose careers matched:
- Roughly 37 years on the job.
- Retired recently.
- Worked in DC’s Metropolitan Police Dept.
- From the Northeast.
- Salary range he described.
Only one person matched tightly:
Curtis Russell Sloan, MPD Detective Sergeant.
Why this matters:
- MPD hire date: March 27, 1988
- If he retired in 2024, that’s 37 years, minus a few months.
- He repeatedly says 37 years — which is close enough that most people round it the same way they round their own experience.
- Salaries he bragged about match his real payroll records.
- His comments about “getting the hell out of DC” line up with him no longer being on the payroll.
No other Sloan in MPD history fits that entire profile.
Additional OSINT Connections
Other public records tied back to Curtis:
- Property records in Maryland with spouse [relative name redacted] (Sloan).
- Marriage license in Maryland.
- Public salary database listings for his MPD work.
- MPD records showing employment through 2024.
- Several social traces showing ties to the Northeast, DC, and later the Tennessee region.

None of these prove the YouTube account is him — but all of them align with the persona’s story.
Dead Ends and Eliminations
Several leads turned out irrelevant but helped narrow the field:
- Logo designer (Cruz Mejias) had no connection.
- No match for “AndreySloan” across 700+ platforms.
- No breach hits on the Gmail.
- No prior social media under the “Andrey” name.
- Patreon and other accounts didn’t reveal identity.
Removing what didn’t match helped spotlight what did.
Why Curtis Sloan Is the Best Match
This identification isn’t built on guesswork. It’s built on:
- Timeline alignment
- Salary alignment
- District alignment
- Overtime event alignment
- “37 years” alignment
- Retirement window alignment
- Geographic alignment

And no alternative candidate fits even half of these.

I can’t sit here and tell you with 100% certainty that “Andrey Sloan” is Curtis R. Sloan from Maryland.
But based on every verifiable claim he made — and every OSINT method applied — he is the only person who fits across the board.
If he wants to deny it, correct it, or clarify it, he’s welcome to.
But if you’re going to expose others, you should be just as transparent about yourself.
