This article explains why I investigated Erin Dempsey and her company Cheerletics and how that reporting led to legal threats, a harassment order, and eventually a court battle that ended in my favor.

Everything in this article is based on documented evidence, screenshots, public posts, and court records. Where I give my interpretation or opinion, I clearly say so.

From what I can tell, Ms. Dempsey is an educated woman, with plenty of experience in teaching and the cheerleading business. For me, that makes what I saw online even more shocking.

What is Cheerletics

Rather than me describe their company, I’ll let them do the talking. The below images are taken right from their own 2025–2026 contract which can be found at: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3tidobu6mj823b40xrf2z/2025-2026-ALL-STAR-ELITE-PACKET.pdf

Cheerletics Contract

There are some things in the contract that I find disturbing, but it’s not like I have any experience with cheerleading contracts. Maybe it’s the norm?

Cheerletics Contract

There are some specific parts that would make me wary, like “I promise to behave myself, control my spouse and follow all of the above.” I think some of the agreements are bizarre, but maybe others would find it normal.

My Past Reporting

On Nov 21, 2025, I posted a video on YouTube titled: English Teacher Caught Posting Disturbing Content Online (EXPOSED). I’ll go over some of the content in the video. In my opinion, it’s disturbing. Others may not share that opinion, but I thought it was worth bringing attention to this matter. I should note that since I’ve brought attention to it, it seems Ms. Dempsey has either deleted or privated most if not all what I reported on.

YouTube Video

Below are some excerpts from the video. I made a point of blurring the faces and names of any children, as well as their body parts that I didn’t want to show in my video. Keep in mind that these are my blur-outs, not made by Ms. Dempsey.

The below clip is from her teaching a very young girl how to pronounce the word Hoochie. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines it as “a sexually promiscuous young woman.” As you can see from the screenshot, Erin Dempsey, under the username “dempserin” gives credit to “cr_coachsammy.” Erin admitted to this video, which is very important because later you’ll see how her attorney accused me of creating it with AI. We’ll get to that.

YouTube Screenshot

I did another video the next day in response to some backlash on my first video. This is where a lot more was shown. This video was on Nov 22, 2025 and titled: Cheerletics Has Something to Say About my Video.

YouTube Video
Please be aware that the content that follows may be disturbing to some individuals.

The below video contains my blur-out. This was posted to social media under the Cheerletics wish profile. It was liked by the Cheerletics profile. From what I can tell this video is zooming in and out between a little girl’s legs. I would think that most responsible adults would demand that be taken down immediately. The Cheerletics profile liked the video post.

Cheerletics Video Screenshot

As you can see, Cheerletics is the official brand Instagram page, but Cheerleticswish is run by the athletes. That doesn’t mean that Erin Dempsey doesn’t have a say of what is posted, though. Remember her contract? I blurred out the faces of the children on this screenshot.

Screenshot

I also blurred out the business street address. Personally, I shouldn’t have to, but Erin falsely claimed that I gave her home address, so now I’m just blurring everything out.

This image is from a video (my own blur-out) of a little girl bobbing her head up and down on a microphone with her mouth open.

The Georgetown Police

There were some images I covered in the live video I did and there were some that I didn’t want to cover at all. Luckily, after Dempsey contacted the Georgetown police and they called me, they requested evidence of my findings and reviewed all of it. This is definitely good since if Dempsey’s attorney ever wants to claim I’m lying, I think they’d also have to claim the Georgetown police are lying, too.

Then I shared all the pictures that I found disturbing. I’m applying my own blur-outs as I don’t want everything here shown on my social media.

The lemon was part of their image, but think about it — who took the original picture?

Evidence

I blurred the face of this little girl dressed up like a pimp.

Evidence

I blurred the kids’ faces, as well as their cleavage. One of the coaches is tagged under the profile “hoochies.”

Evidence

Remember that video zooming in and out between an underage girl’s legs, right in the center? Liked by Erin Dempsey (dempserin).

Evidence

This girl who appears underage was lying down with too much showing (in my opinion) right next to a can of High Noon — an alcoholic beverage. Why that picture would be placed on social media is beyond me.

The Dempsey Conversation

On Nov 21, 2025 (after the first video was published) Erin Dempsey messaged me by email. Below is the full conversation with my commentary.

Erin Dempsey of Cheerletics seems to be under the impression that I need her approval to do a story on her and it is somehow a violation of Massachusetts law. She also confirms the legitimacy of that video teaching a 5 year old how to say “hoochie.” Remember that because you’ll see her attorney lying his butt off about it later. Right away Erin tries to silence me. I asked her what law I violated.

Facebook Messenger

She asked me to at least remove the article from my group. As a courtesy, I did that for her. Then when she sought the HPO, she very conveniently left that courtesy out of her story. Not only did Art Bernandino, someone associated with a Cheerletics student, accuse me of liking little girls — he also came to my house to confront me. It was not a violent situation, but not welcomed either.

It was nice that Ms. Dempsey did say I was entitled to my own opinion, at least right then at that time. She offered to do a live video with me drinking apple cider. Then Ms. Dempsey later claimed in court that she never offered a collaboration. Her attorney also claimed that. It’s right there in black and white.

Merriam-Webster — “to work jointly with others or together especially in an intellectual endeavor.”

Yealink — “Video collaboration refers to the use of video technology to facilitate real-time communication and teamwork among individuals or groups, regardless of their physical location.”

Every YouTuber I’ve spoken to also agrees that she offered a collaboration. But what do I know after years of doing YouTube collaborations — her and her attorney claimed otherwise.

Facebook Messenger

Here she says she got riled up and had no intention to sue me. You can see that I was still being very courteous with her. I even said I’d consider taking the video down eventually. Notice that I consistently asked her for more time, but she wouldn’t give it.

Facebook Messenger

As for searching her name on Google, I doubt she did it from an incognito window. It’s very doubtful my video would have appeared that quickly. It’s likely due to her being on it before and her cookies not being cleared. I searched from an incognito window and didn’t see it. We cordially talked about the Karen Read case.

Facebook Messenger

I never accused her of being a predator (as in a child predator) but I do think some actions were predatory. That’s my personal opinion. I asked her for space to make a decision and only a day had passed. So I made it. I removed it from my community group as a courtesy, but I wasn’t taking the video down. Not then at least.

Facebook Messenger

I still offered courtesies to her and I delivered on what I said. I kept my word.

Facebook Messenger

After that whole conversation, she then talked about contacting the police. This is a woman that just previously said that I’m entitled to my own opinion and the woman that I gave two separate courtesies to. But she didn’t get her way, so then it was talk about going to the police. That didn’t work, though, so she went to court.

Erin Dempsey’s HPO Affidavit

Valerie McGilvrey, a Texas PI who I’m suing in Federal Court for claiming that I r*pe babies and traffic children, posted this document online. She claimed she hired someone to get it from the court. I highly doubt it.

HPO Affidavit
HPO Affidavit
HPO Affidavit

There are a number of statements here that simply don’t line up with the evidence. For example, when did she say I lied about her? She actually said it was taken out of context, but never explained how. She leaves out the majority of our conversation including the very cordial parts and two courtesies that I gave her. Not a word of that.

She said that I moved on to post it in the Middleton Realtalk group, but I removed that right away at her request. That statement to the court simply isn’t accurate. She submitted this to the court DAYS AFTER I took it down. She submitted the HPO as a TRUTHFUL statement to the court. That speaks volumes.

And she says I have her home address? Where’s the evidence on that? Where did I ever post that? The fact is that I NEVER posted her address. She claims that I’m mentally ill, volatile and delusional. What about my conversation with her or my reporting shows any of that?

Again, these statements were submitted to the court even though the evidence tells a different story.

Phifer Pinkham, LLC

On Nov 25, 2025, I got an email from Phifer Pinkham, LLC.

Cease and Desist

Remember how I kept telling you to pay attention to Erin Dempsey confirming the legitimacy of that video? This is why. Her attorney is saying things that are flat-out contradicted by the evidence. This kind of behavior from an attorney is pretty disturbing. I believe in aggressively representing one’s client, but misrepresenting facts is another thing entirely.

I’m sure Dempsey’s attorney will be reading this article, so I’m going to call this out for what it is — LIES. Even after their own client confirmed the legitimacy of the video, they still didn’t bother correcting what they said. I would say that they should be ashamed, but I doubt they are.

A lot of their other claims are completely false and again, they accuse me of lying while they did it in the second paragraph. They want to say I lied, prove it. I back up every single statement I make. I also maintain further evidence in case anything here is disputed. The Georgetown police saw and reviewed my evidence and sources. Is this attorney going to claim that the police are lying, too? I guess we’ll see.

Legal Letter

At this point it really feels like they’ll say just about anything to try to shut me up. Sorry, but you don’t get to shut people up because you don’t like their opinion. I also love their little line about risk and expense to my family. Why the hell would they say that?

If my attorney Erik Hagen ever wrote about risk to one’s family, I would find a new attorney. Luckily, he’s an amazing attorney who doesn’t conduct himself in that way.

The Court Battle

Rather than give tons of screenshots, I’m just going to give my commentary with the entire transcript (which costs me $232.50).

Areas of interest:

  1. My evidence was never fully seen by the court. Allegedly, Dempsey’s attorney was representing her for this case, but there was later a question over that. They can represent her for different things, but were they representing her on the HPO? That was a question that later came up. I feel like that’s why I got another hearing because that wasn’t clear.
  2. The judge said I wasn’t credible because she claimed Ms. Dempsey did not offer a collaboration. Yet the dictionary and every YouTuber I’ve spoken to, and my own experience say otherwise. Still, the judge said I lost all credibility based on that. It had nothing to do with my evidence, which again, she couldn’t look at.
  3. What really bothered me was this statement by the judge: “Posting information with a callous disregard for its truth that damages her business, that’s harassment.” Yet I was honest with what I posted. Again, the judge couldn’t / wouldn’t look at my evidence. Eventually when she did, I won that case. That shows that AFTER she reviewed the evidence, she thought otherwise.
  4. Again, I’m glad that the judge reviewed the evidence and dismissed the case based on that, but nothing she said seems to have met the requirements of a 258E. She noted possible defamatory conduct if I was lying (evidence proved I wasn’t) but that is not harassment.
  5. Erin Dempsey made the statement: “He did post a video on his Facebook page with guns saying that this is leading into 2026 essentially for the people that have wronged me.” This is not true. I kept this on my Facebook profile for evidentiary purposes — https://www.facebook.com/reel/1485457193173947. The title: “BEST 2026 INVESTMENT #investing2026 #guninvest.” There was absolutely nothing in that video that said anything about people who wronged me. Then at the last court hearing, Dempsey’s attorney referenced a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VIDEO from my YouTube channel — one that existed before I even knew who Erin Dempsey was. So Dempsey’s attorney (Corey Silva) refuted his own client’s claims. I was completely beside myself hearing this in court.

The Win

Unfortunately due to a procedural mistake, I didn’t get a fair shake on presenting my evidence. So, the court had to rely on Ms. Dempsey’s lies. I really didn’t like Susan McNeil, the original judge. She served as a member of the Training Committee for new assistant district attorneys and the Child Sexual Assault Team and appears well educated, but she didn’t get to see my evidence — at least not in that hearing.

Judge McNeil even denied that Dempsey offered to do a collaboration, something Corey Silva (Dempsey’s attorney) was quick to call out. I very much disagree with her given my YouTube experience and, you know, the dictionary. Regardless, after a few court hearings, she came through. Once my evidence was able to be seen by her, it didn’t take her long to grant my motion to dismiss.

“For the reasons set forth in the Defendant’s memorandum, the Motion to dissolve the HPO is allowed. The motion was filed in a timely fashion by the defendant, thereby preserving his right to a hearing.”
Motion Granted

At the end of the day, Dempsey gets at least a small win here. She made an impact. I have covered tons of local stories in my time. I’ve done stories on police who have very questionable pasts.

I covered a body work business in Middleton, MA that was doing a little more than legitimate body work. The police didn’t do anything for over a year. After I reported on it, within 2 weeks there was a raid, the business got shut down and the women were saved from being trafficked. I’ve caught numerous child r*pists that have absconded from the registry.

But after all of this BS, I don’t think I’m going to be doing local cases anymore. Maybe just an information dump or record request with very little or no commentary, but no more journalism on local cases. I had to go through so much BS due to the lies told by Erin Dempsey and her attorneys. If it wasn’t for having an intelligent and honest attorney (Erik Hagen) I’d probably still be fighting this. So shout out to my attorney for being amazing and still, shout out to Judge McNeil for being fair when the evidence was presented to her.

Please don’t engage in any harassment against Erin Dempsey. While I feel strongly about what I reported on and her behavior in court, at the end of the day, it seems she removed (or privated) the content I reported on. That’s important and should be recognized.

Thanks for reading.
